Was Counsel for the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for more than seven years. Representedthe Delhi Development Authority also. Successfully represented many national and multinational banks, corporations, government institutions etc., before international forums – Arbitral Tribunals and Courts. Was invited as an expert on Indian laws by various Courts/Tribunals of the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Was a member of the Overseeing Committee of ‘Samadhan,’ the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre and was actively involved with the ‘mediation movement’ in Delhi. Was also a founding member of the Association of Indian Mediators and was its Vice President till 2016.
