About the Awards Gala
The inaugural ceremony recognising excellence in the global neutral profession.
The TheNeutrals.ORG™ Awards Gala is held on the evening of Day One of the World Neutrals Summit 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower. It is the first ceremony dedicated to recognising and honouring neutral professionals across all disciplines — evaluation, mediation, arbitration, chairing, and system design — at the international level. The awards are not industry favourites. They are peer-nominated and assessed against the TheNeutrals.ORG™ professional standards by an independent panel.

Recognising a certified neutral who has demonstrated exceptional professional conduct, innovation, and impact in their practice during the award year. Nominated by peers and assessed by an independent panel against TheNeutrals.ORG™ standards.

How to attend
The Awards Gala is included with all Summit ticket tiers.
Every Summit delegate — Neutral Pass, Delegate Pass, and VIP Pass — has access to the Awards Gala on the evening of Day One. VIP Pass holders receive premium table positioning. The gala includes a formal dinner, the awards ceremony, and informal networking.
Nominations for the 2026 awards are open to all certified Neutrals. Self-nomination is not accepted — all nominations must come from peers, clients, or institutional partners. The independent assessment panel is drawn from the TheNeutrals.ORG™ Global Council.
