The Global Register

Register entries are published with the Neutral’s consent as part of certification. Neutrals can correct their record at any time.

Sharing

We share request details with a Neutral only after conflict checks and with your agreement. We never sell personal information.

International transfers

Where information moves across borders, we use lawful transfer mechanisms under the data protection laws that apply, including the GDPR, UK GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Your rights
