The complete, independentpicture. In a report.

The INE Report is a structured, independent evaluation of any live commercial dispute, escalation, or friction — delivered using the INDS™ six-stage methodology. It answers the eight questions every leadership team faces and never gets answered neutrally. It tells you what actually happened, where responsibility lies, what the real risks are, and what the safest path forward looks like.

The 8 questions leadership cannot answer alone

When a dispute escalates, every function sees a different version of events.

Legal sees legal risk. Finance sees financial exposure. Operations sees delivery failure. HR sees behavioural breakdown. Leadership receives four conflicting reports and no unified picture. By the time someone calls a neutral, positions have hardened and the commercial relationship — often worth far more than the disputed amount — is already at serious risk.

An INE Report gives leadership the single, unbiased, cross-functional assessment they need before instructing lawyers, agreeing to mediation, or making any strategic decision about the dispute. It is not an opinion. It is a structured evaluation using a documented, reproducible methodology.

The 8 questions the INE Report answers
What actually happened — the verified, unbiased factual sequence?
Where does responsibility lie — across all parties and all obligations?
What are the true financial and operational risks if this escalates?
What behavioural dynamics are driving the conflict — beyond the stated positions?
How strong or weak is each party's position — factually and evidentially?
How likely is a settlement — and what would make one possible?
What is the safest strategic path forward — for both parties?
Is legal escalation necessary — or is there a better option available now?
What you receive

An 11-section structured evaluation. Produced using INDS™. Delivered in 10–14 working days.

Every INE Report follows the same 11-section structure — regardless of the sector, the complexity of the dispute, or the number of parties involved. This is what makes it reliable, defensible, and useful as a decision-making document.

Section 01

Executive Summary

One-page overview of the dispute, the key findings, and the recommended path forward. Designed for board-level reading.
Section 02

Case Background

Verified factual chronology. All documents reviewed. All contradictions and evidential gaps identified and noted.
Section 03

Stakeholder Mapping

All parties, their roles, their stated positions, and their actual interests — distinguished and mapped.
Section 04

Behavioural Assessment

INDS-BF™ analysis of all parties. Tone, defensiveness, avoidance, power dynamics, hidden motives, relationship fatigue.
Section 05

Evidence Analysis

Document review, communication trail analysis, contract interpretation, and factual reconstruction.
Section 06

Risk Grid

INDS-RG™: five risk dimensions scored — Financial, Operational, Behavioural, Legal, Reputational — plus Time Sensitivity.
Section 07

Position Strength Assessment

An independent evaluation of each party's factual and legal position — without giving legal advice.
Section 08

Settlement Feasibility

INDS-SFM™ score 1–10. Ten factors assessed. What would need to change for settlement to become achievable.
Section 09

Strategic Pathways

Primary resolution path plus two alternatives. Mapped against risk, cost, time, and relationship preservation.
Section 10

Action Plan

48-hour action list and Do-Not-Do list. What to do immediately and what must be avoided to prevent escalation.
Section 11

Evaluator's Note

A structured professional summary from the evaluator — not an opinion, but a structured assessment of the complete picture.
How it works

From enquiry to report in 10–14 working days.

The INE process follows the six stages of the INDS™ Integrated Neutral Dispute System. Every stage is structured. Every output is documented. The final report is produced only when the evaluator has completed all six stages in full.

Confidentiality
All INE engagements are conducted under strict confidentiality. No information shared by any party is disclosed to the other or to any third party. The report is delivered to the commissioning party only unless both parties jointly commission the evaluation.
