Conduct

Raise a concern about a Certified Neutral.

Concerns go to the independent conduct desk, not to certification or appointments. The Neutral is told and may reply; a panel with no overlap with either side decides, gives reasons and may warn, require retraining, suspend or revoke. You can follow the concern in your account.
