Professional Biography
Alicia heads Sladen Legal’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. She is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation with the Law Institute of Victoria, a Nationally Accredited Mediator with the Resolution Institute and an Advanced Mediator with AMDRAS. Alicia also is a graded Arbitrator through the Resolution Institute and an Expert Determiner working to use the correct dispute resolution process to resolve commercial disputes for clients.
Qualifications & Education
Bachelor of Arts (Modern Asian Studies) / Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Griffith University. Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investments (then Securities Institute, later FINSIA) CISI Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, Queensland Law Society and then Law Institute of Victoria
