• 2015 – An amicable settlement for termination of a master lease agreement between a Ben Thanh Group’s subsidiary and its tenant.
• 2015 - Legal Counsel for dispute arbitration at VIAC regarding a hydropower project in the highlands.
• Amicable settlement for a debt collection between a reputed Vietnamese MEP Contractor and a Korean Contractor for Riviera Point project in Ho Chi Minh City.
• 2012-2013 – A complicated lawsuit at ICC pertaining to East – West Project Management Unit, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and Obayashi, in Hong Kong.
• 2012 – Contract termination involving Water & Environment Corporation & Binh Dinh Water Supply Corporation.
