• April.2024: Business Forum Morocco - Spain: investment in the region of Dakhla Oued Eddahad. Invited from Madrid Chamber of Commerce, At the Palace Hotel in Madrid 16th April, Chair Iberian Chapter EU Branch CIArb have witnessed the Morocco - Spain Investment Forum.

A well scheduled meeting between Morocco and Spain has taken place with the purpose of providing the investment of Spanish companies in the region of Dakhla Oued Eddahad.  

• may.2024: Participation CIArb on newest  EUIPO Mediation Centre Stakeholder Network (MCSN) in collaboration with CIArb Policy Team HQ. It has been created two (2) working groups regarding: (a) Working Group on ADR awareness, promotion and training; (b) Working Group on mediation practice and future challenges.

• July. 2024: Iberian Chapter EU Branch CIArb and the Community of Madrid sign agreement on real estate arbitration. On Tuesday 9th July an agreement on Real Estate Arbitration was signed between the Community of Madrid through Housing, Transport and Infrastructure Department –Real State Arbitration Council and the Iberian Chapter EU Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators CIArb.

This agreement initiates a collaboration to develop new scenarios in ADR\'s in the real estate field as a public-private collaboration from the Iberian territory that includes Andorra, Portugal and Spain, for the entire local Arbitration Community with national and international projections in order to promote the use of Arbitration, its dissemination as a formula for companies and individuals in order to attract productive investment in Madrid\'s land.

• In 2004 she collaborated in the TAIEX project of the European Commission to provide the legal advice on Data protection and IP rights to new EU members States. She collaborates at WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) and - EUIPO - OAMI-OHIM (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market) concerning dissemination the knowledge also as Arbitrator of this institution. In the years 2014, 2015, 2016 took part in the Congress of the EUIPO on the subject of mediation on IP rights.In 2015, she organized in Rome (Italy) the Seminar \"Mediation on IP Rights\" together with EUIPO -OAMI-OHIM and the Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan. Actually, she collaborates with EUIPO Mediation issues participating on Conferences 2015 - present. Also at Accademia UIBM, Italy.

 

• In 2014 she contributed actively in the Seminar of the Spanish Arbitration Court – Spain Chamber of Commerce and the Spanish Energy Club on the theme: Energy Arbitration issues;  also she participated in the Congress of Arbitration at Madrid Autonomous Community concerning real state issues and also to the fifth Congress of the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan on the theme of Arbitration Investment in the energy sector celebrated in Milan, later on she was at AIA Arbitration Seminar on international investments held in Rome on 9 December 2014.

 

• In 2014 participates in the professional training course of mediators organized by the ADR-Rome and December 17, 2014 the first ADR Congress celebrated in the Italian Congress from the Observatory of ADR.

 

• In 2011 and 2010 collaborates with López Quintás Foundation with the Pontificia Comillas University (Javier Benjumea Chair of Economic and Business Ethics) for the first edition: on Leadership based on ethics issues.

 

• Member Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA) since its creation in 2006. She is a member of the Mediation Commission, Women Commission and Commission Good practices on Arbitration issues at CEA; In 2012 founding member Italian Chapter, member 2012 - 2020 Board of Directors. • She has collaborated with Habitus Incorporated for the development of Business Mediation ADR. In 2012 and 2017 has participated the World Forum of Mediation in Business Mediation within the Scientific Committee. She has contributed in the I MOOT of Mediation 2016 organized in Madrid by the Nebrija University, Habitus Incorporated and IDM (Institutions for the Dissemination of Mediation) as a member of the Scientific Committee.

 

• In 2012 participates in the World Forum of Mediation as member of the Scientific Committee Mediation, and in Annual Congress CIArb - Madrid. In November 2012 she participates in the ICC\'s 2nd Annual International Mediation Seminar, Paris.

 

• Member co-founder of the Forum of Corporate Lawyers (FJE) in Spain of which she was President, who brought the experience of the previous Spanish Association of Corporate Lawyers working with the European Association of Corporate Lawyers. In the years 2003-2007 prepared different seminars and conferences after the implementation of the Spanish law no. 60/2003 on Arbitration; as well as the implementation in Europe the Directive 2008/52 / EU in May 2008.

 

• Vis Moot / East Vis Moot / Moot Madrid. Arbitrator Pro bono: Since 2012 Arbitrator – present: Collaboration with Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Chamber,  the Spanish Club of Arbitration (CEIA) and Carlos III University of Madrid whose promotes MOOT Competition. Also organized on the occasion of the Pre- Vis MOOT Madrid for the preparation of the participating university groups to Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration (MOOT) Vienna and Hong Kong for the International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Since 2015 Arbitrator Vis Moot Vienna. She participated in 2015 to 2018 to Vis pre MOOT Milan (Bocconi University - Milan Chamber of Arbitration - ICC Italy) and 2016, 2019 to the VIS MOOT Vienna. On 2018 has participated on Permanent Court Arbitration – PCA Vis Pre Moot Vienna. On 2020 she participates Virtual Vis Moot and Moot Madrid. This 2021 she participated on Virtual Vis Moot, Virtual Vis East Moot and Moot Madrid. In these positions auditing and ranking claimant as well as defendant memoranda since 2016 till nowadays. Also at Moot Madrid: reading and ranking for prize to Best Award.
