Having seen protracted litigation, she has reoriented her practice over the past 3 years to focus on alternate dispute resolution, especially mediation as an expeditious and inexpensive resolution of disputes. Her endeavour is to find reasonable and practical solutions to complicated legal issues within the legal framework. Having completed her B.Sc from Miranda House, Delhi University (1982-1985), she completed her LL.B from the Law Faculty, Delhi University (1985-1988). She is a Certified Mediator, having successfully completed 40 Hours Training Program on Civil & Commercial Mediation and Negotiation, conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate affairs, under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, in July 2016.
