Mr. Sean Chen(Chinese name:陈东 Chen Dong) is an experienced Corporate financial and capital lawyer based in Fuzhou Office of Grandall Law Firm specializing in IPO, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investment. He has successfully advised a remarkable amount of companies on their Private Equity Financing, M&A, Overseas Initial Public Offerings and Belt and Road Initiative & Outbound Investments in England, Poland, Germany, India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodian etc. Also, he has been involved in the local startup and PE/VC community.
