Professional Biography
Zouhdi is a skilled mediator, negotiator, arbitrator and legal professional with over two decades of experience in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and abroad. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Malibu, California (2004). As Partner at Shaikha Almehrzi Advocates & Legal Consultants (LAW HOUSE), he leads, among other areas, the firm’s dispute resolution and ADR practice, representing clients through strategic negotiation and out-of-court settlements. He has sat as an arbitrator in ad hoc arbitration proceedings, having been appointed by DIAC. He is actively involved in professional training in mediation and arbitration and speaks regularly at international conferences on ADR. Zouhdi is individually ranked Band 3 by Chambers Global 2026 in Dispute Resolution: Domestic: Without Rights of Audience (UAE).
