All applications are reviewed under the Certification & Appointment Standards of THE NEUTRALS™.
Acceptance is based on professional qualifications, ethical standing, and commitment to independence, impartiality, and integrity.
Each application is evaluated by the Independent Certification Board, with outcomes typically notified within 5–7 working days.
Application Guidance
To ensure accurate evaluation:
- Provide complete details of your qualifications, experience, and professional background.
- Upload your CV or résumé (PDF) — this is strongly encouraged.

- Incomplete applications may delay the evaluation process.
Certification Categories & Fees
- The applicable annual certification & bench continuation fee depends on your category and level of professional experience.
- No payment is required at the application stage.
- Upon approval, shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete certification and submit the applicable fee before official appointment and issuance of designation.
Certification Term
- Certification is valid for 12 months from the date of appointment.
- Annual continuation ensures inclusion in updated sector panels, global registry listings, and ongoing access to professional tools and opportunities.
- Renewal reminders are issued well in advance of expiry.
