Experience as neutral, expert witness, or technical adviser in tech/IP disputes

Preferred — strengthens application

WIPO-accredited mediator or arbitrator

Do I need to be a lawyer to apply?

No. The Technology Bench includes software engineers, former CTOs, patent engineers, and technical founders. Technical credibility is the core requirement.

What types of appointments will I receive?

Appointments match your expertise — AI practitioners receive AI disputes, GDPR specialists receive privacy cases, SaaS practitioners receive licensing disputes.

Do I pay anything to apply?

No. Application is free. Annual certification fee ($395–$795) applies only after approval.
