Global Neutral Dialogues — 2026 Series

The conversations corporations
rarely have openly.

A structured series of moderated global conversations held once every 15 days throughout 2026. These are not webinars or promotional events. They are carefully designed dialogues on questions that corporations face but rarely address openly — boardroom fractures, asymmetric power dynamics, cross-border misreads, conflict prevention signals, and the uncomfortable truths that precede formal disputes.

What the Global Neutral Dialogues are

Not webinars. Not promotional events. Carefully designed conversations on questions that matter.

The Global Neutral Dialogues are a structured series of moderated conversations — held every 15 days throughout 2026 — designed around a single, carefully chosen question that corporations face but rarely address openly.

Each dialogue is moderated by a certified senior neutral from TheNeutrals.ORG™. Participants are drawn from corporate leadership, GC offices, the neutral profession, and academic institutions worldwide. The conversation is structured — not a panel, not a Q&A, not a presentation. A real dialogue.

The questions are difficult. They address the dynamics that precede disputes — boardroom fractures, power asymmetries, cultural misreads, organisational silence, and the leadership behaviours that compound conflict rather than resolve it. These are the conversations that the organisations experiencing these things rarely have — until they become formal disputes.

The Global Neutral Dialogues are TheNeutrals.ORG™'s contribution to the professional conversation that the dispute resolution world has been avoiding: the human, behavioural, and organisational causes of conflict — not just its symptoms.

The complete 2026 dialogue programme

25 questions. One year. The full agenda.

Every dialogue question for 2026 — drawn directly from the patterns that TheNeutrals.ORG™ certified neutrals observe in commercial disputes worldwide. These are the questions organisations ask privately when things start to go wrong. We ask them publicly, carefully, and with the full rigour of the The-Neutrals.ORG Certifcation moderation framework.

The dialogue format

Structured. Moderated. Not a panel, not a webinar.

Each Global Neutral Dialogue runs for 75 minutes. An The-Neutrals.ORG certified moderator opens with a framing statement connecting the question to the month's theme and the GBI™ framework. Three to five pre-selected participants — from corporate leadership, the neutral profession, and academic or policy backgrounds — are given structured time to respond.

The moderator facilitates the exchange — drawing out disagreements, probing assumptions, and preventing the conversation from becoming a series of monologues. The final 15 minutes are open for registered participants to contribute. Every dialogue is recorded and summarised in the TheNeutrals.ORG™ insights archive — accessible to certified members.
