INE™ — Evaluation Timelines

How long doesINE™ take?

A plain-language guide to INE™ evaluation timelines — from standard matters to complex cross-border disputes. What determines pace, what accelerates it, and what to expect at each INDS™ stage.

5–7 Business days standard
48h Rush option available
6 INDS™ stages
24h First contact after intake
Timeline by tier

What determines how long your evaluation takes.

INE™ evaluation timeline depends primarily on three factors: the complexity of the matter, the volume and quality of documents provided, and whether a rush option is needed. All timelines begin from the moment the scope is agreed and documents are received — not from the intake form submission.

Standard
5–7 days
Up to USD 50K exposure, clear facts, documents provided
Single-party matter with clear factual record and documentation available from the outset. Report delivered within 5–7 business days of scope agreement.
Medium
7–12 days
USD 50K–500K, multi-party or document-heavy
Two or more parties, larger document volumes, or matters with behavioural complexity requiring INDS-BF™ analysis.
Complex
10–18 days
USD 500K+, cross-border, multi-jurisdiction
Cross-border matters, multiple jurisdictions, large evidence sets, or matters requiring a Lead Neutral and specialist Analyst team.
Rush (48h)
+USD 350
Urgent matters — any tier
Emergency evaluation for time-critical situations. Available for Standard and Medium matters. 48-hour turnaround from document receipt.
What accelerates the timeline
  • Documents provided at intake — the most significant factor. Cases with complete documentation at submission are evaluated in minimum time
  • Clear scope definition — a well-structured NE-01 intake with specific questions reduces the information-gathering phase
  • Single party submission — bilateral matters where both parties cooperate with document requests move faster than contested fact-finding
  • Standard track selection — choosing the appropriate tier rather than requesting complex-tier service for a medium matter
  • Rush option — add-on available for USD 350, reduces any Standard or Medium timeline to 48 hours
The six INDS™ stages and their typical duration
1
Intake & Scope Definition
Hours to 1 day — agreement on scope, parties, and documents required
2
Information Gathering
1–3 days — document collection, structured interview scheduling
3
Stakeholder Assessment
1–2 days — mapping of all parties and their behavioural positions
4
Evidence & Risk Analysis
1–4 days — INDS™ Risk Grid assessment, INDS-BF™ behavioural evaluation
5
Settlement Feasibility Modelling
1–2 days — INDS-SFM™ scoring, strategy pathway development
6
Report Drafting & Delivery
1–2 days — structured INE™ report written, reviewed, and delivered
Is rush available for your matter?

Rush evaluation (48 hours) is available for Standard and Medium matters where documents are provided at the time of intake. Complex matters require minimum 7 days. Emergency Neutral Intervention (ENI™) is available for urgent stabilisation before evaluation begins.

The clock starts when
  • Scope is agreed in writing with the Senior Neutral
  • Documents are received via the secure submission link
  • Fee is confirmed (not paid — confirmed in writing)

Submission of the NE-01 intake form does not start the clock. The clock starts when the above three conditions are met — typically within 24–48 hours of intake.

Ready to submit?

Your matter. Our timeline.
Confirmed in writing.

Submit the NE-01 intake form. A Senior Neutral will confirm scope and timeline within 24 hours — in writing, before anything starts.
