My Dashboard→ My Bench Profile→This Schedule defines the certification, renewal, and administrative fees applicable to individuals and institutions associated with The Neutrals Organization (“the Organization”).
It ensures transparency, fairness, and financial sustainability in the global certification and registry framework.
a. Fees are set annually by the Executive Board upon recommendation from the Finance & Certification Committee.
b. Fees are charged in USD and are payable only after final approval for certification or renewal.
c. All fees are non-refundable once certification or listing has been confirmed.
d. Concessions or fee reductions may be granted for developing jurisdictions, students, veterans, and social-impact neutrals.

Payment link will be issued only after final approval of certification.
Payment must be completed within 10 working days to confirm listing.
All payments are made online through secure international gateways (Stripe/PayPal/Wire).
Receipts are automatically generated and emailed to the registered address.
All collected fees are applied solely for:
Certification administration and evaluation costs;
Maintenance and verification of the Global Registry;
Technology, compliance, and communication infrastructure;
Global outreach and development of sectoral panels.
No portion of funds is distributed as profit or private income, in accordance with the Organization’s not-for-profit status.
a. Fees may be revised annually based on administrative costs and exchange rate fluctuations.
b. Updated fee schedules are published on www.theneutrals.org and take effect immediately upon publication.
c. Fee adjustments do not apply retroactively to previously approved certifications.
a. Failure to complete payment within prescribed timelines results in automatic lapse of certification or renewal.
b. Reinstatement requires full payment of overdue fees and an administrative reactivation fee of USD 50.
The Executive Board may approve partial or full fee waivers for:
Participants from least-developed or lower-income countries;
Contributors to major research or public-benefit initiatives;
Institutional collaborations under special MOU arrangements.
All waivers are recorded and publicly reportable for transparency.
This Fee Schedule & Financial Regulation takes effect on 1 January 2025 and applies to all certifications, renewals, and institutional agreements from that date onward.
