1. Owned marks and intellectual property

TheNeutrals.ORG™ is the exclusive owner of the following trademarks, methodologies, and intellectual property:

• TheNeutrals.ORG™ — name and logo
• INDS™ — Integrated Neutral Dispute System
• INDS-BF™, INDS-RG™, INDS-SFM™, INDS-SF™ — sub-frameworks
• Next-Gen Neutral™ - The-Neutrals.ORG™ (Early career professionals)
• Accredited Neutral™ - The-Neutrals.ORG™ (Experienced professionals, 5+ years)
• Fellow of The-Neutrals.ORG™ (Senior professionals, 10+ years)
• CPRS™ — Corporate Prevention & Resolution Systems
• UNIONE COMMISSION™
• GBI™ — Governance & Behavioural Intelligence Framework
• INE — Independent Neutral Evaluation (service mark)
• The Neutrals Connect, The Neutrals Academy (service names)
• World Neutrals Summit (event name and associated marks)

All of these marks are protected under applicable trademark and intellectual property law. No use is permitted without the written licence described in these Terms.

2. Licence granted to certified neutrals

Upon award of the certification, TheNeutrals.ORG™ grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the following marks solely in connection with the certified neutral's professional practice:

• The Certified Neutral credential designation (e.g. "Sarah Mitchell, Accredited Neutral™" or "James Okonkwo, Fellow of The-Neutrals.ORG™")
• The statement "Certified by TheNeutrals.ORG™" in professional biography and communications
• The relevant Certified Neutral seal (where issued by TheNeutrals.ORG™)

This licence is conditional on the neutral's certification remaining current and their compliance with the Code of Ethical Conduct. The licence is automatically revoked upon suspension or revocation of certification.

3. Prohibited uses

• Using any TheNeutrals.ORG™ mark, credential, or methodology name without a valid licence
• Implying that a service, product, or institution is accredited, endorsed, or certified by TheNeutrals.ORG™ without formal accreditation
• Using INDS™ or any sub-framework name to describe a methodology that is not the TheNeutrals.ORG™ INDS™ system
• Using the Certified Neutral credential designations after certification has lapsed or been revoked
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative versions of any TheNeutrals.ORG™ mark or methodology

4. Reporting unauthorised use

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of TheNeutrals.ORG™ marks, credentials, or methodology names, please report it to [email protected]. TheNeutrals.ORG™ takes trademark and IP infringement seriously and will take appropriate action.
