Practice Builder™ is a 12-month structured programme that answers those questions — through monthly masterclasses from Fellow-grade practitioners, quarterly sector briefings, institutional introductions in your jurisdiction, and priority access to the co-referral board on The Neutrals Exchange.

It does not promise appointments. No ethical certification body can do that. What it does is place you in the best possible position — with the deepest methodology, the widest network, and the strongest institutional visibility — to attract the practice your credential deserves.

The 12-month programme

Every month, something that moves your practice forward.

The Practice Builder™ programme runs for 12 months from enrolment. Every month includes one of four activity types: a live masterclass from a Fellow-grade practitioner, a sector intelligence briefing, an institutional introduction, or a structured workshop. All sessions are live and recorded.

INDS™ in practice — what separates good evaluations from great ones
Fellow-grade practitioner presents the most common evaluation errors, the INDS-BF™ signals most frequently missed, and the report structures that clients find most compelling.
Month 02Sector Brief
Your sector intelligence briefing — what is happening in your practice area
A structured quarterly briefing on your chosen sector: appointment volumes, fee trends, the disputes that are growing, the neutrals who are most active, and where the gaps are.

Practice Builder™ is available to all certified neutrals at TheNeutrals.ORG™ — at any grade. Enrolment is annual and begins the month following your application. You may enrol at any point in your certification year.

Enrolment requires a current, active certification. If you are not yet certified, your path is: apply for certification → confirm your grade → enrol in Practice Builder™ in the same step.
