Fee Schedule & Financial Regulations

The current fee schedule for TheNeutrals.ORG™ certification, services, Academy programmes, and events. Reviewed annually by the Global Council.

This document sets out the fee structure for TheNeutrals.ORG™ certification, renewal, and services. All fees are reviewed annually by the Global Council. Fees are quoted in Euros and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Part 1 — Certification Fees

Next-Gen Neutral Application and Assessment	$350	Includes assessment, examination, and first-year certification
Next-Gen Neutral Annual Renewal	$150	Due annually. Includes CPD tracking and bench listing
Accredited Neutral Application and Assessment	$650	Includes advanced assessment, supervised review, and first-year certification
Accredited Neutral Annual Renewal	$250	Due annually. Includes CPD tracking, bench listing, and The-Neutrals.ORG community access
INDS™ Methodology Training (standalone)	$195	Required for Next-Gen Neutral. Can be taken separately by non-candidates
Re-assessment (following unsuccessful attempt)	$150	Per re-assessment

Part 2 — Service Fees

Service fees for Independent Neutral Evaluation (INE), mediation, arbitration, and other neutral services are agreed on a matter-by-matter basis, based on the scope and complexity of the matter. Indicative ranges:

Independent Neutral Evaluation (INE)	$2,500 – $25,000+	Depends on complexity, dispute value, and report scope
Mediation (full day)	$3,500 – $15,000+	Per day, including preparation. Depends on neutral grade and matter complexity
Arbitration (per session)	$5,000 – $25,000+	Per session. Multi-session matters agreed at outset
Expert Determination	$4,000 – $20,000+	Depends on technical complexity and scope
GC Retainer Programme	From $12,000 p.a.	Annual retainer. Scope agreed per organisation
CPRS™ Corporate Prevention	Bespoke	Network size and deployment model dependent

Part 3 — Academy and Event Fees

Part 4 — Payment and Refund Policy

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certification fees are non-refundable once assessment has commenced. Service fees are governed by the terms of the individual engagement letter. Academy and event fees are subject to the cancellation and refund terms set out at the time of booking.
