My Dashboard→ My Bench Profile→International Commercial Disputes Tribunal
A pioneering initiative providing fair, neutral, and enforceable mechanisms for international business disputes — faster, cost-conscious, and prevention-focused.
Integrated Dispute Management
A modern framework that combines prevention, early intervention, and resolution tools, allowing businesses to manage disputes holistically rather than reactively.
Cross-Border Dispute Solutions for SMEs
Tailored prevention and resolution pathways for small and medium enterprises navigating international trade and partnerships.
Dispute Review Boards (DRBs)
Standing panels of trusted neutrals who monitor large projects, ensuring disputes are prevented or resolved early before they impact timelines and budgets.
Global Business Compliance Council
A collective platform helping corporates adopt global best practices, compliance systems, and prevention protocols to reduce dispute risks worldwide.
FICM has developed a number of tailored dispute prevention and resolution schemes for different commercial contracts and settings in almost every industry sector.
The most trusted, neutral and result focused procedure for parties locked in complex disputes.
FICM is regularly contacted in relation to disputes where one party wishes to submit a dispute to mediation, but no mediation agreement exists between the parties, for example in infringement disputes or in cases pending before the courts. To facilitate submission of such disputes to FICM Mediation, a party may submit a unilateral Request for Mediation to FICM under FICM Mediation Rules. FICM may then assist the parties or, upon request, may appoint an external neutral to provide the required assistance.
