The ICDT provides the institutional administration structure for complex international commercial arbitrations and multi-party proceedings managed through TheNeutrals.ORG™. It provides parties with a recognised, independent, procedurally rigorous framework — without the cost and formality of the largest international institutions.

The ICDT operates under the TheNeutrals.ORG™ Governance Framework and Code of Ethical Conduct. All ICDT proceedings are administered by certified neutrals, subject to conflict-of-interest protocols, and enforceable under the New York Convention in 164 countries.
