As an Expert Witness, Dr. Popescu has written numerous expert reports that led to successful settlements as well as testified in international and local arbitration hearings and dispute review board proceedings on delay, productivity loss and damages. Dr. Popescu has also taught seminars and courses on scheduling, effective project controls, and dispute avoidance in the United States and internationally. Dr. Popescu is the co-founder and past chairman for the Society of Construction Law North America Section.
Her software skills include Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner (P3), Primavera P6 Enterprise, and Acumen FUSE. Dr. Popescu was a co-author of the forensic schedule analysis recommended practice published by AACEI. Dr. Popescu speaks fluent Romanian (native) and intermediate Spanish.
