Experience:

Liaised /Handled litigations relating to: before Supreme Court/High Court/Trial Courts including labour; electricity laws/pollution control board (appeared) -on contracts, service and electricity matters;

Arbitration Tribunals-domestic (On delay of hydro project & dispute on penstocks etc) and one of ICC-International Chamber of Commerce; (On damages to turbine-reg of power project); As a sole arbitrator given an Award .

Did as a Member of the Committee for finalization of a tender for 7 years and was a part of a mega EPC power project finalization.

Appeared before KERC/CERC(New Delhi )for different petitions – on grid code, petn against thermal projects, solar tariff etc. Attended the APTEL (Appellate Tribunal for electricity, New Delhi)

Other information: -Was a visiting faculty on Contracts, labour and Elec- Regulatory matters for 10 years with GOI’s Training Institute, Bangalore for all India training programs

Has been a part of a voluntary trust, a CGB member for Indian Sr Chamber 2019;a member of FKCCI:
