JOHN J. LAG, J.D., is a graduate of Northwestern University and The John Marshall Law School. Admitted to the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, he has practiced law in Chicago, Illinois over the course of a legal career spanning five decades. A diverse legal practice, including all facets of civil and criminal trials, administrative law, appellate proceedings, transactional business and real estate, personal injury, family law, estate and probate, has provided him with invaluable knowledge and experience in the field of dispute resolution.
In addition to practicing law, he is an Adjunct Professor of Law at The John Marshall Law School, teaching Negotiation Theory and Practice and has lectured on Real Estate Law, Illinois Constitutional Law and Law Practice Management and serves as an Arbitrator for the Cook County Courts. He is also a Director of the InterNational Academy of Dispute Resolution, (INADR), promoting peacemaking and education, worldwide.
