• Claims management and dispute resolution involving negotiation, mediation and arbitration
• Providing prompt contract advice on numerous existing GCC and NEC contractual matters including claims, variations, procurement and other substantive and procedural contractual issues
• Tender vetting for capital and term contacts to be issued by the project offices
• Technical audits for capital works contracts and maintenance term contracts

• To promote, encourage and facilitate the settlement of construction disputes by adjudication
