Michael Falck’s legal practice focuses on arbitration and commercial law. He has experience in corporate and contractual law, in sectors ranging from banking and finance to advertising and media.

Michael Falck is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the Swiss Arbitration Association, the American Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

In 2003, Michael Falck graduated from the University of Geneva Law School. After serving as a district court clerk, he qualified as a lawyer in Zurich and worked as an associate at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. In 2010, Michael Falck obtained an MBA from the University of Cambridge, after which he worked in London and Los Angeles for various online and traditional media companies and startups. He was admitted to the California bar in 2015.
