Being an Advocate and Solicitor, he is a certified mediator. He has acted as Arbitration cases for both on and off-shore.

He is an alumni of University of London and University of Malaya. He is a member Malaysian Bar, the Medico-Legal Society Malaysia and The International Bar Association. He also currently serves as a member of the Disciplinary Committee and as Counsel for Disciplinary Board for the Malaysian Bar.
