Mr. Rohatgi has been practising for over 10 years in India and has handled cases relating to trademark infringement, copyright infringement, designs infringement, defamation, right to privacy, anti-suit injunctions, among others. He also advises Clients on prosecution and enforcement of their Intellectual Property Rights, as well as regulatory issues relating to E-Commerce, as well as providing transactional support.

Over the years, he has attended various domestic and international conferences, as well as delivered talks in conjunction with the Chambers of Commerce and the Intellectual Property Office to educate the police officials as well as university students about Intellectual Property Laws.
