In the initial part of his career, he has been associated with organizations including Suzuki Maruti, Apollo Tyres, Ernst & Young, Booz Allen, Arvind Mills, DS Group to name a few. Functionally, he has had a good exposure in International Relationship Management while initiating and coordinating Joint Ventures, Merger Acquisitions apart from active role in Business Development, Process Re-engineering, Project Management, Troubleshooting, and Business Planning & Strategy. He has a good mix of Global / Multi Cultural exposure. He can be relied on as an Enabler and a Catalyst. He has been effective in Multi-Cultural Environments and managing the Relationships across borders, assisted by ‘effective interpersonal relationship skills’ and ‘keep it simple’ approach.

He is a Registered Insolvency Professional with IBBI and is active in the space of Corporate Insolvency Resolution, operating from New Delhi. He is the Founding Director of an Insolvency Professional Entity – Ensemble Resolution Professionals Private Limited, a dedicated platform for swift and efficient execution of Insolvency and Bankruptcy mandates. He has already successfully completed two assignments with approved Resolution Plans and continues guiding various stakeholders on the Insolvency Process while managing the Relationships across stakeholders including the Financial Creditors.

He is also an Associate Member of CIArb. UK (www.ciarb.org) and is on panel of Indian Arbitration Institutes of Repute and aspires to be the Arbitrator and Mediator of choice in the domain of Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is also a Mentor@FasterCapital, UAE, the Incubator
