She has a large practice in domestic and global contracts relative to sale of goods, provide of services, intellectual property rights and corporate governance. She also deals with reviewing and advising clients on legal risks and accompanies them in the conception and implementation of their projects or in due diligence operations.

A sound understanding of the clients’ challenges and stakes, led her to arbitration activity. She is listed on the panels of arbitrators of AFA (Association For Arbitration) and CMAP (Mediation and Arbitration Center of Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry). She has received appointment from institutions or by private parties in cross-border and domestic disputes. She is part of working groups of AFA. The latest ones delt with updating rules by introducing rules relative to urgent and parallel proceedings.

At last, the practice performed in the purpose of facilitating the rising of personal solutions from clients regad to their needs and constraints, and the interest in human, led her to become a mediator.

She is parcticing judicial as well as conventional mediation.

Sophie started out as an associate in a well-known law firm dedicated to commercial and banking litigations (SCP Malherbe & Petit - 1994). Then she created her own law firm (1998). She was then a senior manager lawyer in an international law firm (Grant thornton - 2008). More recently, she has created SAJJ law firm specialized in contract, dispute resolution and litigation (2011).
