Vincent is a mediator in General Panel of Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited in Hong Kong, he was accredited as a mediator from Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC) since Dec 2002. Vincent was a Vice-President of HKMC and act as an assessor for role-play examination of HKMC during the serving time. He was a coach for mediation course in City University of Hong Kong, and he has been appointed as Judge in Arbitration Moot of City University of Hong Kong in 2016. As a mediation advocacy, he joined various mediation talks and seminars to public to know “what is mediation” in the past decade and he has handled mediation case nearly hundred hours.
