Vinod has been practicing law since 1998. He has an extensive experience in handling general civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and public law remedies. He has advised and represented clients in disputes arising out of diverse contracts including Shareholders Agreement, Franchise Agreements, Infrastructure projects related to ports and road constructions, Gas Supply Contracts, Power Purchase Agreements and EPC Contracts. He
Vinod also advises clients in commercial transactions involving commercial contracts, real estate and infrastructure development, labour and industrial relationship, human resource policy, environmental compliances etc.
Vinod is one of the contributing editors of the 15th Edition (2017) of Pollock & Mulla – The Indian Contract & Specific Relief Acts.
