Eddie Lee & Company (李偉明律師行) and a GBA lawyer with Long An Law Firm (隆安律師事務所), and was previously a partner in a boutique law firm specializing in commercial litigation and regulatory practice. He has substantial board and governance experience and has served as an independent non-executive director of several Hong Kong and U.S. listed companies, including 2535.HK, 8107.HK, 8132.HK, NASDAQ: SKBL, NASDAQ: ANPA and NASDAQ: BUUU. In these roles he has been involved in board oversight, audit and risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters across sectors ranging from construction and real‑estate to cross‑border business services.
