Antje started her career in the international arbitration practice of Fresh fieldsBruckhausDeringer. She now runs her own law firm, BAUMANN Resolving Disputes, in Hamburg. Antje holds a PhD from the University of Osnabrueck and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the University of California at Berkeley. She teaches arbitration and dispute resolution at the University of Osnabrueck and M&A disputes at Bucerius Law School, Hamburg. Antje is particularly experienced in corporate disputes such as joint-ventureor Post M&A disputes as well as in disputes involving difficult technical issues, e.g. in connection with foundries, furnaces, shippropulsionortrains. Additional are as of expertise are energy related (gas and electricity supply and trading contracts, gas storage) and licensing disputes.
