My Dashboard→ My Bench Profile→If you wish to proceed with dispute resolution through Arbitration, Mediation or other process by executing and serving a Request for Arbitration or Mediation on the appropriate party, submit the following items to FICM-MCN:
A. Claimant must submit one copy of the Request for dispute resolution for each named Respondent and two additional copies for the FICM-MCN Case Manager.
B. Together with the Request, Claimant must submit one copy of the agreement or clause under which the dispute is to be resolved for each named Respondent and two additional copies for the FICM-MCN Case Manager. In case there is no contract, we will proceed forward with your consent.
Once the submission is received, the case team will analyse and recommend the best option suitable for resolution between parties. Once the parties decide to follow a path, registration fee or other costs may apply to proceed. Before this step, there is no fee at all.
In most of the cases, the Request for dispute resolution through a suitable mechanism is sent to the the Respondent for their agreement or Statement of Defense. This step is also part of analysis of the dispute and is absolutely free.
Please refer to our fee schedule, once the case is initiated for administration between the parties.
