My Dashboard→ My Bench Profile→A plain-language guide to INE™ evaluation timelines — from standard matters to complex cross-border disputes. What determines pace, what accelerates it, and what to expect at each INDS™ stage.
INE™ evaluation timeline depends primarily on three factors: the complexity of the matter, the volume and quality of documents provided, and whether a rush option is needed. All timelines begin from the moment the scope is agreed and documents are received — not from the intake form submission.
Rush evaluation (48 hours) is available for Standard and Medium matters where documents are provided at the time of intake. Complex matters require minimum 7 days. Emergency Neutral Intervention (ENI™) is available for urgent stabilisation before evaluation begins.
Submit with rush option →Submission of the NE-01 intake form does not start the clock. The clock starts when the above three conditions are met — typically within 24–48 hours of intake.
Submit the NE-01 intake form. A Senior Neutral will confirm scope and timeline within 24 hours — in writing, before anything starts.
