Experienced professionals, 5+ years
  • Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience (legal, HR, commercial, or dispute resolution)
  • Complete Advanced Certificate in Conflict Management (or approved equivalent)
  • Demonstrate applied competency in INDS™ behavioural framework
  • Submit two case references from supervised neutral assignments
  • Complete 20 hours of continuing professional development every two years
  • Eligible for inclusion in The-Neutrals.ORG™ public directory
Tier 3 — Leadership
Fellow of The-Neutrals.ORG™
F.T.Neutrals
Elite, senior, 10+ years
  • Minimum 10 years senior professional experience with substantial neutral practice
  • Hold Accredited Neutral™ status for minimum 3 years
  • Demonstrate exceptional contribution to the neutral profession (publications, training, leadership, innovation)
  • Submit three peer nominations from existing Fellows
  • Complete 30 hours of CPD every two years, including mentoring or supervision of Next-Gen Neutral™ candidates
  • Access to panel appointments and thought leadership initiatives
Cross‑recognition
This programme satisfies the INDS™ methodology training requirement for Next-Gen Neutral™ and contributes to the advanced competency requirement for Accredited Neutral™ status. Fellows may use this programme for structured CPD credit.
